Ok. I’ll make this its own. I save my cats whiskers in a heart shaped jar. Why? Because my daughter, who I got the cat for 2 months before she died, would have kept them as well. I continue the habit when I find the rare whisker to do the same thing.

My daughter and I have collected found whiskers for years. I’m pretty surprised to hear people call it disgusting, but whatever. It’s special to us and makes us feel like we have an ingredient for a witches brew.

I have a “whisk-y jar” in my office of whiskers dropped by a pet – mostly from the cats but a rare handful from my dogs too. I even managed to find two baby teeth from my kittens last year 🙂
